If your alarm is going off...
  1. Call our 24-hour Monitoring Service at 1 (866) 992-2678 (866-99-ABORT).
  2. Give them your account number (this number appears on your monthly billing and begins with an 'NU' or 'N2').
  3. Provide them with your code or password.

Our customer service department is available Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 5:00PM (except holidays).

If you require emergency service during the off-hours, please call our 24-hour Monitoring Service at 1 (866) 992-2678 for an on-call technician.
