Our Standard Warranty
Labor Warranty
NuSystems will warranty workmanship and installation for a period of 90 days including warranty work for defective equipment. All warranty work will be scheduled during regular business hours.
Equipment Warranty
Equipment failure will be handled according to the manufacturer's warranty for any items furnished by NuSystems. If any such equipment fails while under the manufacturer's warranty period, NuSystems will either repair or replace the defective unit under the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. This excludes labor to remove or re-install such items or any applicable freight charges.
Owner Furnished Equipment
NuSystems is not responsible for the performance or warranty of any owner furnished equipment.
NuSystems will warranty the workmanship and installation of owner furnished equipment for a period of 90 days. If any piece of owner furnished equipment fails after the initial installation, NuSystems will, at the owner's request, remove the equipment for repair at our standard hourly rate. The owner will be responsible for all repair costs including the return of the equipment to the place of purchase, the removal and reinstallation of the equipment, and any applicable freight charges.
Training
After completion of the installation and initial training, additional training on the use of the system will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
